General Shipping Information

Order Processing

  • Tracking number will be provided once your order ships

Package Protection

  • All plants are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery

  • Heat packs are not provided for cold weather shipping

  • Instead, all plants are carefully wrapped with air-cap bubble wrap

  • Professional packaging materials used to prevent damage

Shipping & Customs Information

  • As we deal with live plants, customs inspection may cause delivery delays

  • Some locations may have restrictions on certain plant species

  • Additional documentation may be required for specific destinations

  • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

  • For duty-related inquiries, please contact your local customs authority or DHL directly

  • For U.S. shipments, PGA (Partner Government Agency) fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility

Weather Conditions

  • During winter season, we actively monitor weather conditions along shipping routes

  • For the safety of your plants, we may postpone shipments during extreme weather conditions

  • Our team will reschedule shipping dates at our discretion to ensure plant safety

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee plant survival in extreme temperatures
