​Regarding the US DHL Import Fee (including PGA fees or customs duties) issue, Ksucculent fully recognizes the seriousness of the situation and, in light of the global economic downturn, we would like to offer the following solutions:

1. Import Fee Reimbursement:
   If you have received an import fee from DHL, please send us the email from DHL with the tracking number and the fee details. Upon confirmation, we will reimburse half of the import fee. The reimbursement will be processed via a refund on your original order, including a 4% PayPal fee.
   Through this reimbursement, we hope that you will be able to pay the fee and receive your package without further issues.

2. Priority EMS Shipping:
   Given the current situation, shipping via DHL may carry risks, so we will prioritize shipping via EMS going forward.
   There will be no additional charges. (EMS shipping cost is $30, while DHL is $27)
   While EMS does not offer the same level of tracking accuracy as DHL, it is somewhat less prone to issues like the one you encountered. However, we cannot guarantee 100%.
